Google Drive Video takes so long to process - SOLVED

Hello Everybody, on 12/1/2020 I uploaded a short 52 second video to my personal Google Drive account. The video is very short and is 720p or 1080p. I made it with Camtasia 2019 and exported it as an .mp4 file. I had the same or similar issue with a 1 minute video back in March of 2020 which was also made with Camtasia 2019. That video took 1 or 2 days to process after uploading it at night or sunset. Due to privacy reasons, I will not show neither file because of privacy reasons. Could it be because of COVID-19? Back in March of 2020, COVID-19 became a pandemic so it/was is everywhere. Google is operating with a limited team as of now. I did not have this issue back in 2019 or prior to March of 2020 such as January of 2020 or February of 2020. If the 1 video goes successful I will delete this whole thread. The video I mentioned that was made back in March of 2020 is fine.

UPDATE: on 12/2/2020 9:41 AM the 52 second video is successfully processed. DO NOT REPLY

UPDATE: on 12/2/2020 4:52 PM I have uploaded a new video and it also took long to process. I made a copy in Google Drive and only the copy is working. The original remains damaged. DO NOT REPLY
